About the role
We are looking for a Senior React Developer to own frontend quality on a regulated medical product. You'll translate complex requirements into clean, accessible UI, hold the bar on code quality through reviews, and build the kind of test coverage that gives the team genuine confidence to ship.
You care about craft readable code, thoughtful component design, and interfaces that don't make users think. You're comfortable working autonomously, take responsibility for your deliverables, and use AI tooling to amplify your output, not replace your judgement.

- Own responsive-first, error-resilient UI, handle API failures, loading states, and edge cases explicitly
- Write descriptive unit, integration, and E2E tests using Playwright; treat test quality as equal to feature quality
- Review merge requests with detailed, constructive feedback, catch logic issues, not just style
- Proactively refactor code for clarity and maintainability; leave the codebase better than you found it
- Collaborate with design to translate specs into polished UI with clear visual hierarchy and sensible interaction patterns
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain compliance-aligned development practices for a medical product
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and informal knowledge sharing
